29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 10/22/2015, an employee from MC2 Contracting, LLC was installing shingles on a roof of a two-story residence located at 190 Berry Manor Circle, St. Peters, MO.  He was not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  The employee was observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing him to a fall to the ground below.
