29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):  A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  On 10/22/2015, employees from Demond Signs, Inc. were working at 2235 Highway K, OFallon MO.  Two employees were installing signs on the front of a commercial building in an Elliot extensible and articulating platform, model V60 F / serial # FV 4975.  The Elliot platform was mounted on a Dodge Ram 5500 Heavy Duty Truck.  The employees were not wearing a body belts with lanyards attached to the boom or basket while working from the aerial lift.
