OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards associated with improper automobile lift operations:  a) On or about November 10, 2015, and at times prior, employees were exposed to injury while working around auto lifts as follows:  1. Lift #2, Rotary Model SPO12N510, was in disrepair, causing the safety lock mechanism to not fully engage as designed;  2. Lift #5, Challenger Model 40EAO, was out of adjustment, causing the lift to be uneven and potentially unstable during lift procedures;  3. Lift #7, Rotary Model SPOA9200, was in disrepair, causing the swing arm locks to not fully engage as designed. Also the lift motor was not operating at full capacity.
