29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) As observed on or about 10/23/2015 inside the main shop at 2810 Sydney Road in Plant City, Florida: (1) the outer jacket of flexible cord was broken exposing insulation of conductors for the welding power source Miller CP-302, serial number KJ025735, (2) the outer jacket of flexible cord was pulled back exposing insulation of conductors for the plasma cutter Hypertherm Powermax 65, serial number 65-032116, and (3) flexible conduit was pulled back exposing insulators of conductors for the Harrington 1 ton jib crane, serial number 00101933.
