29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:  (a) Welding Department - Jet 8 inch Bench Grinder: The grinder was used without the tongue guard adjusted to within one quarter inch (1/4 inch) or less of the grinding wheel periphery working surface.  The tongue guard was adjusted too within seven sixteenth of an inch (7/16 inch).
