29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At the jobsite located at 823 Bramerton, Andover, KS:  Employees engaged in commercial roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9½  feet from the eave of the building to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.
