29 CFR 1910.1026(j)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of chromium (VI):  Employees engaged in production activities were exposed to Hexavalent Chromium hazards in that the floors surface of the facility was not maintained as free as practicable.   The Premier Processing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1026(j)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 963096, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3002 W Pawnee Suite 104, Wichita, Kansas 67213.
