29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) Roof, Commercial Establishment, 1605 Oram Street, Scranton, PA - Employees engaged in replacing shingles on a steep church roof were not protected from falling and were exposed to a fall hazard that ranged between nine-foot, six-inches (9'6") to twenty five-foot, six-inches (25'6") above concrete, as observed on or about November 13, 2015.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is not required for this violation. The hazardous condition was corrected during the inspection.
