29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by in-running nip points:    Line 8:  On, or about, November 13, 2015, the in-running nip point located at the finish end of the New London Engineering belt conveyor, serial number 09-93129-1, was not adequately safeguarded in that the conveyor belts had drifted to the side of the conveyor, leaving a space.  Employees routinely stood at or near the finish end of the conveyor when assembling boxes of product.
