A) Grocery Delivery E-services Inc. dba Hello Fresh, Linden NJ/ Throughout call center- The equipment was not used in accordance with of the manufacturers UL labeling or listing. The employer exposed the employees to electrical hazards, by  connecting relocatable power taps in series (daisy chaining) to power the equipment at each work station.        Observed on 11/16/2015

Exposing employees to electrical fire hazards.        Observed on or about 11/16/2015
