29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s    On or about 11/12/15; In the Meat Department; the employer allowed employees to cut an assortment of meats (beef, pork, chicken) on the BIRO Band Saw (Model 3334 Serial # 37391) without keeping the blade guard adjusted to within one-half inch above the meat being cut; thus exposing employees to amputation hazards.
