29 CFR 1910.36(h)(1): The outdoor exit route must have guardrails to protect unenclosed sides if a fall hazard exists;   On or about November 9, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall and trip hazards on an unenclosed and uneven exit route ramp, when exiting the building during emergencies.

29 CFR 1910.36(h)(3): Outdoor exit route(s) were not reasonably straight and did not have smooth, solid, substantially level walkways:   On or about November 9, 2015, the employer failed to ensure that employees were not exposed to fall and trip hazards from exiting in the direction of uneven rough terrain in where:  a. The exit route leading from hall way next to the supply warehouse lead to uneven downward sloped rough terrain.  b. The exit route leading out of the 1400 office area leads to uneven downward sloped rough terrain.  c. Exit route leading out on the south east exit leads to ramp with uneven cracked concrete posing trip hazards.
