Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment that was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed in the hazard of being struck by fragments of Thermoplastic Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) plastic pie in the even that the PVC plastic pipe rupture:   a) For the Express Printing Center facility at 2355 Raden Dr., Lando O Lakes, FL, as observed on or about 11/19/2015, PVC piping next to the Ryobi 582 Press was used in exposed above ground locations to transport compressed air. The compressed air being conveyed was between pressures of 95 and 120 psi.
