29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:      a)  The hatch door entrance to the cellar was blocked by a fixed scaffold reducing the door opening to approx 15 inches wide. Employees had to squeeze through the opening and were exposed to obstructed egress in the event of fire, smoke, or other emergency.        Location: 653 5th Ave, New York, N.Y.
