29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a. Site - On or about August 24, 2015, an employee received an amputation injury while operating the company's "Jet" tablesaw, which had not been provided with the required automatic adjustable blade hood guard to prevent the amputation hazard.
