29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toe boards. On or about November 9, 2015, employees were working from an elevated storage area where a section of the railing was unguarded exposing them to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 8 feet to the concrete floor.
