Wind Speed 14.8 mph, Highest Wind Speed 30 mph, Highest Gust 35 mph) during the hoisting of an approximately 3439 lbs. concrete telecommunication vault at 687 Broad St. in Boise.    Note) Certification of corrective action IS required for this item.
