Service Reception Building Overhang - On or about November 18, 2015, personal fall protection equipment was not worn by employees installing plywood sheathing while working from a Genie Telescopic Boom Lift (model: S-65 ), thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 14.4 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a). Service Reception Building Overhang - On or about November 18, 2015, a fall protection system was not utilized while employees screwed plywood sheathing into the steel girts, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 14.4 feet.
