29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) 145 Longmeadow St., Longmeadow, MA: On or about November 6, 2015, an employee was working on the roof of this residence, more than 19 feet above the ground below without any fall protection.     Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).     Jorge Mayancela DBA George & Luigi Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B) 13 which was contained in OSHA inspection number 895946, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 130 Greenacre Ave., Longmeadow, MA.
