29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:  a)  Metal Shop - On or about November 20, 2105, in the south end of the metal shop an exit sign was not illuminated at all.  b)  Metal Shop - On or about November 20, 2105 in the north end of the metal shop an exit sign was not illuminated at all.  c)  Hallway to Metal Shop - On or about November 20, 2015 at the north end of the employer's building in the hallway to the metal shop an exit sign was not illuminated at all.

On or about November 20, 2015 an ABC fire extinguisher was not identified by a sign where it was mounted.
