29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:    a) On or about 11/13/15, at the site of 28-20 214th Street. Bayside, NY    An employee working on the frame wall of the new house near by the power lines was exposed to electrical shock hazards.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Bayside, NY    Employees walking/working on the balcony of the new house were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 8 ft. to the ground below.
