29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The user must ensure that all nameplates and markings are in place and are maintained in a legible condition. (a). On the main operation floor in the warehouse of Woodstock International Inc. Battlefield Road, Springfield MO The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition on industrial powered trucks. The employees were exposed to caught between and struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks must be examined before being placed in service, and must not be placed in service if the examination shows any condition adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle. Such examination shall be made at least daily. (a). Woodstock International Inc. West Battlefield Road, Springfield MO. The employer failed to ensure daily check lists were completed and documented. Employees were exposed to struck by and caught between hazards from power industrial trucks being operated with no safety checks being performed.
