29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Essex Ave., Beach Haven, NJ:  On or about 11/24/2015, three Charles Roth LLC employees were installing shingles on the steep sloped roof of a new construction multi-story residential structure.  The workers were not using any form of fall protect and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 24 feet  from the roof's eaves to the ground below.
