Neenah, WI: On 11/24/15, employees were exposed to falls and other hazards relating to roofing work when the employer had not implemented a safety and health program to communicate hazards to employees to allow them to recognize and avoid or correct hazardous conditions.

Neenah, WI: On 11/24/15, employees were exposed to falling while reroofing a two story house when no fall protection was provided.
