29 CFR 1910.120(q)(1): The employer did not develop and implement an emergency response plan to handle anticipated emergencies prior to commencement of emergency response operations:  Nytrex Industries, Inc., Macon, GA - In the production area, the employer stores drums of the following hazardous chemicals:  70% hydrofluoric acid (approximately 1,600 gallons)  93% sulfuric acid  (approximately 660 gallons) 50% sodium hydroxide, (approximately 1,320 gallons) 40% potassium hydroxide (approximately 660 gallons)  50% caustic soda (approximately 385 gallons)  75% phosphoric acid (approximately 495 gallons) Aluminum brite (approximately 2200 gallons)  The employer had not developed an emergency  response plan, on or about 11/16/15.  NOTE: The employer, who would evacuate employees from the danger area when an emergency occurred and would not permit any employees to assist in handling the emergency can provide an emergency action plan in accordance with 1910.38 as long as it is communicated to the employees.
