29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):  Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On 11/23/2015, the sub-contractor for Divine Homes L.L.C. was installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 102 Fieldstone Estates Drive in Wentzville, MO.  Divine Homes L.L.C., the general contractor, did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment.  During the inspection, employees were exposed to the following hazards:  a)  Three workers were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns.  b)  Five workers were observed installing shingles on the roof of the building without fall  protection,exposing them to a fall to the ground below.

On 11/23/2015, workers from Reichardt Restorations LLC were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located on 102 Fieldstone Estates Drive in Wentzville, MO.  Three workers were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 11/23/2015, workers from Reichardt Restorations LLC were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located on 102 Fieldstone Estates Drive in Wentzville, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  Five workers were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
