29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut.  23 Cook Street, Westborough, MA: On or about November 27, 2015 employee was operating a hand-fed ripsaw which was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the material being cut exposing the employee to amputation hazards.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
