29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: a) The LONGest Yard, Inc./New Castle, DE - On or about November 30, 2015 and at times prior and since, the employer provided and allowed his employees to purchase negative pressure, half face, filtering respirators while working in and adjacent to work areas. Work included sweeping up wood dust from sanding and buffing operations. The employer did not provide to the employee(s) a copy of Appendix D.
