29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) Parking lot adjacent to the crook of the "L" shaped building, 239 Schyler Avenue, Kingston, PA - Two (2) employees working within the elevated basket of an aerial lift (JLG Boom Lift Model 600 S - Serial No. 0300107892) were not wearing body belts with attached lanyards and were exposed to a fall greater than forty five-foot (>45') above ground level, as observed on or about December 2, 1025.
