Unmarked confined spaces included the Vacuum Kettle 4, and Mix Kettle, Discharge Kettle, and Pectin Mixer in Cook room Line 5. NOTE: A sign reading DANGER-PERMIT-REQUIRED CONFINED SPACE, DO NOT ENTER or using other similar language would satisfy the requirement for a sign.
