29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Jobsite: On, or about, 12/03/2015 employees performing construction activities at elevated heights greater than six feet from the lower level were not protected from a fall by a guardrail system, net system, or personal fall protection in the following instances:  a) Rooftop, 69-71 Arbor Drive: employees were not protected from falling approximately 19 feet to the ground below.  b) Rooftop, 103-105 Arbor Drive: employees were not protected from falling approximately 9 feet to the ground below.
