29 CFR 1910.134(k): 29 CFR 1910.134(k):   The employer did not provide the basic information on respirators in accordance to Appendix D of this section to employees who wear respirators when not required by this section or by the employer to do so:  Employees engaged in cabinet manufacturing activities were exposed to chemical and respiratory hazards in that the employer did not provide employees with the information in Appendix D of this standard when employees were allowed the voluntary use of filtering face piece respirators.
