In the employee break area, lead contamination was present on the microwave buttons, refrigerator handle, and countertop areas.  The Ohio Valley Outdoors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1025(h)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 107376, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2011with respect to a workplace located at2805 Columbus Lancaster Rd NW, Lancaster, OH, 43130.
