All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:  On or about 12/07/2015, at the above addressed worksite, employees demolishing a concrete ramp were exposed to a laceration hazard while working adjacent to uncapped rebar rods.
