29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings:    A.)  Castelli Development Corporation dba Castelli Oil and Gas Services, LLC - On or about 12/8/15, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a potential fall hazard of 4 feet 4 inches into the truck pits.  Fall protection devices such as standard railings, covers, sliding covers, and/or net systems were not utilized to guard against employees falling into the pit.  In addition, employees were also exposed to a fall hazard when trucks were parked over the pit.  A 4 foot to 8-foot section of pit was exposed by the stairway.
