29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) while working from an aerial lift: a) 435 Sharrotts Road, Staten Island, NY 10309. Employees working on and from an aerial lift with no fall protection system in place in that they were not wearing a lanyard attached to an anchor point on the basket exposing employees to fall hazards. Condition occurred on or about 12/09/15.
