29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: At the host employers job site, the employer did not ensure electrical employees assigned to troubleshoot and repair the Induction Furnace, 480 Volt Service Disconnect #3 of 6, were provided with a safe method from either direct or indirect electrical contacts when working on or near energized 480 Volts 3 Phase electrical panels exposing employees to arc blast and/or electrical shock hazards.
