29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.   Aisles and passageways were obstructed by metal pipes mounted on the floor in areas such as but not limited to:  a. The lathe machine model HL 2666 located by the office.  b. The Okuma America Corp. Mech. Type MO V4020 located in the new shop area.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch.   At this workplace, employees used an abrasive grinder wheel for tool sharpening operations and the tongue guard exceeded one fourth inch from the wheel.
