29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:     (a). Worksite located at 300  NE 91st Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee climbed the guardrails of the aerial lift and on to the awning and was not protected from falling. Climbing in and out of aerial lift's guardrails could cause an employee to strike his head or body as well as fall out of the lift.

Worksite located at 300 NE 91st Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was observed working and walking on an unprotected awning without the use of any means of fall protection.
