29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    On or about 12/11/2015, in the Reverse Osmosis area of the plant, where a 405 gallon, 93 per cent Sulfuric acid was used in the water purification/bottling operations, the eyewash system provided near the area was not suitable for quick drenching and flushing of the eyes. The eyewash system made available for employees use was a 32 Oz bottle.
