29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a)    On or about 12/14/2015, Sheeter #1 had an unguarded rubber nip roller approximately 14" from the blue L-Frame of the machine, the Cut off knife roll needed guarding approximately 1 1/4" from the air pipe, and the Safety switches for door guards were not functional at the time of the inspection.    b)    On or about 12/14/2015, Euro cutter had the guards off the back of the machine and they were standing along the wall.    c)    On or about 12/14/2015, Sheeter #5 had an unguarded rubber nip roller, a Partial guard was open on top of machine, the Door guards for machine were not interlocked, and a transfer belt had an unguarded nip point.    d)    On or about 12/14/2015, Pasaban safety switches for guards only operated intermittently.
