29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:   a) 2234 West Westmoreland St, Philadelphia, PA - The employer lets employees operate a handfed table saw without an automatic adjusting hood which completely encloses the portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. Thus exposing the employees to amputation hazards. This condition was observed on or about December 10, 2015.
