29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: On or about December 15, 2015, throughout the facility, the following housekeeping conditions were observed: a) large accumulations of wood dust beneath various pieces of wood working machines, exposing employees to dust, fire and explosion hazards. b) large piles of scrap wood accumulated in various locations throughout the shop, exposing employees to dust, fire and explosion hazards. c) extension cords and other power cords laid in the floor of immediate work areas of employees, exposing employees to slip, trip and fall hazards.
