Additional lighting fixtures are not required where the working space is illuminated by an adjacent light source. In electric equipment rooms, the illumination may not be controlled by automatic means only.   On or about 12/14/15 at 684 Indian Springs Drive, Forsyth, GA:  The employer failed to provide illumination in all the Antique building stairwell and the door area leading upstairs work space, zero illumination 100 % of the lights were broken.
