29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use:  (a) West Receiving: On or about December 15, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards while working in the receiving area and the Southwest door was not labeled "Not an Exit".                                     (b) East Receiving: On or about December 15, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards while working in the receiving area and the Southeast door was not labeled "Not an Exit".                                       (c) North Receiving: On or about December 15, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards while working in the receiving area and the women's restroom door was not labeled "Not an Exit".                          (d) Receiving: On or about December 15, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards while working in the receiving area and the men's restroom door was not labeled "Not an Exit".                                     (e) Meat Department: On or about December 15, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards while working in the receiving area and the meat department door was not labeled "Not an Exit".                                     (f) Freezer: On or about December 15, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards while working in the receiving area and the bakery freezer door was not labeled "Not an Exit".
