OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  On or about at 12/16/15 at 3051 Kumho Pkwy, Macon GA: Located in the Process Building, CREEL area Room Vestibule -2GA:  An employee was exposed to a 20- foot fall hazard from the scissor lift while standing on the top of the guardrail which were approximately 1-inch wide and 20- feet from the lower level.
