29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  The eyewash located in the garage area of the facility was not functioning and did not contain an adequate of water. Employee(s) were exposed to corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to battery acid electrolyte, diesel exhaust fluid, and windshield washer fluid.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  The permanently wired battery charging unit and coin storage racks block access to the electrical panel in the facility Coin Room. A charging forklift would also be an additional obstruction to electrical panel access.

Rochester Armored Car Services - 3937 Leavenworth St., Omaha, NE - On or about March 15, 2016, the employer failed to post the annual summary of work-related injuries. An OSHA 300A form or its equivalent was not available upon agency request.
