The Pennsylvania Convention Center, Exhibit Hall D, Near D5 column - The employer did not ensure that a powered industrial truck operator travel with the load trailing when the load obstructed his forward view. Hyster 50 powered industrial truck carrying two large crates struck an employee who was installing electrical wiring for an exhibit booth.  The powered industrial truck operator view of the path of travel was obstructed by the load.  Condition noted On or About October 1, 2015.
