29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):    a) On or about December 17, 2015, in the Vulkor Wire Mill/Wire Fabrication department, while operating the Rod Mill/Multiwire (tin-plating) machine the maintenance employees were exposed to two unguarded rotating pulleys and belts on the drive side of the tin plating machine.    b) On or about December 17, 2015,  in the Vulkor Wire Mill/Wire Fabrication department, while operating the Rod Mill/Multiwire (tin-plating) machine the operator and maintenance employees were exposed to two unguarded rotating pulleys and belts located on the front side/Rod Mill section of the of the machine, by the Henrich portion.    c) On or about December 17, 2015, in the Vulkor Wire Mill/Wire Fabrication department, while operating the Rod Mill/Multiwire (tin-plating) machine the operator was exposed to an unguarded rotating pulley and belt on the operator side of the tin plating machine.    The Thermo-O-Link of Texas Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951738, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1295 Henry Brennan, El Paso, TX 79936.
