29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  a) On December 28, 2015, Victory, Division of Planter, Inc. in Chicago, IL, did not have the required safety data sheets (SDSs) for each hazardous chemical used in the workplace, such as the Kolorcure Thermoform Series TF-000 thru TF-999 Digital Printing Ink, the EFI T600, 660 H650 Solvent Flush containing dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, or the EFI Black UV Ink T660 for flatbed printer containing isobornyl acrylate, vinyl caprolactam and tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate, used in the digital printing process, and indicated to cause eye and skin irritation.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
